    Not on the same level as the guys you all have mentioned...but Pernell Whitaker is one guy you wouldn't expect to be as bad as he is, one of the top two or three defenses of all-time.

    Bowe is probably the worst, from what I've seen and heard, yes.

    I tried talking to Leon at the Alexander vs mattysse fight and I couldn't understand him and he was in Cory spinks corner and he would like hold his hands up and yell then keep his hands up for like a minute after he was done yelling

    What we call 'punch drunk' is actually the early stages of Parkinsons. Parkinson's is caused by a lack of dopamine in the brain. This lack of dopamine is caused by;

    1. aging - dopamine levels naturally decline throughout life. If we lived to be 150, we would most certainly get Parkinsons.

    2. Genetics - some people are born with low levels of dopamine but, do not display any effects until the aging process takes their levels down.

    3. Environment - either a foreign substance or repeated head trauma kills the cells involved with dopamine production (see Ali)...

    You're a little off base. The speech centers of the brain are in the cerebral cortex; damage to them will cause "punchiness". Traumatic Parkinson's is caused by damage to the cerebellum (substania nigra). They can go hand in hand, but they're separate events.
