If he was, it was probably due to the occasional clinch, when Toney sweated out HIS roids and they got into Roy's pores.
PEAS are the main reason of Roid quick decline on his boxing skills...it is a fact that if you use PEAS for an extended period of time, it will affect your performance as an athtlete negatively
I know plenty about physical training thanks very much. Clearly you don't. The 5lb a year marker is not my guess it a medical fact. 7lb of lean muscle in 12 months would be exceptional and would be atainable only by those with naturally massive frames. The only people that can exceed that by any great ammount are a- on drugs, b- not fit to begin with, c- weight drained to begin with, d- have had that muscle mass in the past or e- are not yet mature. Look at the competition weights of the top natural body builders in the world year on year. Tell me, why dont they put on 40lb a year if you think its so easy?
He tested positive for Ephedra, not anabolics, and he was not mentioned in the BALCO investigation at all. He got put on muscle for the Ruiz fight with the help of Mackie Shilstone, same guy who helped Hopkins muscle up for Tarver, so everyone needs to get over it.
you are tested before and after a championship fight. you have to go through a medical/brainscans etc etc as well.
The thing about steriods. They prescribe steroids for all types of ****. It is in most medicines. I would think Roy may of did it before bulking up for Ruiz. Other then that, its bull****.
Nope, steroids are not in most medicines they are in steroids. Unless RJJ has asthma or some nasty inflamatory problems he is very unlikely to have been prescibed steroids.
He passed a re-test, its not in the records as a no contest, he wasnt named in BALCO, i say this thread doesnt have a leg to stand on.:nono
