Yeah I was recommended to do it coming back from an injury thing and that transfer of stability to the hip I'm fair weary though

I don't think he looked any better or any worse in the Kamegai fight, it was similar to his performances against Berto and Aydin, he had great stamina in those fights and did in the Kamegai match, so no difference that I can pick up on.

A lot of people here seem to think Robert had an off night, but I think it was just him trying to show Ruben he has big nuts and not baby nuts. It was typical Guerrero.

The only people who benefit from crossfit are the people taking your money. Unless you enjoy torn rotator cuffs or having your hands ripped apart by ridiculous form on pull ups, I'd stay away from it.

    He looked in better shape.

Didnt notice a tonne of difference in his performance.

Im sure the only person who can answer your question is Guererro.

It probably will help him, as listening to his interviews on the subject, he literally had NO S+C training prior to Crossfit(Said he couldnt even do a chin up), so it should have helped his conditioning at least.

Some of these guys dont. Boxing is quite backwards in some respects when it comes to S+C

Hes trained by his father who wouldnt have the first clue about these things

No. It's ruined him and he's developed a glass jaw doing it. He was knocked out by Zou Shimming in sparring.

Resistance training works, but CrossFit is not optimal.
