Dude can punch and is real tough... he does look a little gaunt to me these days. But I truly believe he's the real deal.... Seeems like he uses the ring better and there's definite improvement against the ropes. I dunno if his speed is the same as at 135lbs though....
no fools!! where is the knowledge on this site? These are too different sports entirely. Its , too late for robert to improve idiots !!
seems to me like he chose to brawl with that Japanese guy to test himself instead of boxing and playing it safe.
yeah i kind of gauged that he was testing himself to just from them clips, it didnt look like it fully suited him though, i suppose youll see in the next fight
aye but if you have a good trainer its ment to be good, i think anyone can just open up a gym by filling a form
yeah i thought he did look a little different, a stronger leaner looking style with crisper punches, dont know if its actually better though
yeah I don't think crossfit is the best way to condition for boxing, but if you take a fighter like Guerrero who never lifted weights in his life, it'd improve his performance
it could suit some people , there a big thing about transfering weight to your hips and it does change the way you move, its ment to be better for you but i dont know if it would suit everyone. i dont know though maybe his is more general , it probably will just help him a bit
Ya know, I'd really like to see Kamegai back in a notable fight soon. He earned it by way of the exciting nature of the Guerrero fight as well as for winning 4-5 rounds from Guerrero. It would be a perfect gauge as to how Guerrero looked that night if we saw how Kamegai does against another good fighter who we're familiar with and can assess how he looked against (IIRC, Kamegai's opposition to this point is against a bunch of guys that even Japanese fans probably aren't all that familiar with).
that **** don't work for boxing. show me the list of successful boxers cross fit has produced? even these gimmicky ass s&c coaches are some bull**** too.
