Is Robert Guerrero benefiting from crossfit?

    Yep I compare it to playing another sport in hopes of getting better at boxing. Crossfit is more a sport IMO than just training.
    2 months on a strength training program will yield about 2 years on a crossfit one if getting stronger is your goal.

    He looked slower, less pop, and struggling more than he should of. Looked nothing like the one that pulverized Berto.

    Crossfit is strength endurance, boxing is strength endurance. That makes crossfit redundant for boxing, that time would be better spent developing a strength and power base to transfer to boxing. I'm not even getting into the ridiculous programming and injury risks associated with crossfit. Crossfit is not for actual athletes.
