Duran was a LW. Yet he beat WW Leonard & MW Barkley & pushed Hagler (who is probably the greatest post war MW) to the brink.. imagine Lomas son Haney or a Tank Davis beating Crawford & Canelo & pushing prime GGG close LOL.. Duran is one of my favourite fighters ever & if you put much stock in the pound for pound Theory then he's the very definition of it. Easily a top 10 ATG. He's everything that's great about this art. Holyfield, Marciano, Pac, Duran.. these are the type of fighters I admire.

 

Greatest lightweight of all time. Greatest Latino fighter of all time. Arguably the greatest fighter from the last 50 years. From bantamweight to super middleweight. In his best could beat anyone from 135 to 168.

Yes Manos de piedras is top 10. Maybe even top 5.

 

I dont know but he is arguably the p4p highest ranked boxer since coloured tv.

 

In the general forum, there's a reason why they always call him Roberto(e) Duran.

 

Yes, I personally think Roberto Duran is one of the 10 greatest fighters in history. That includes all eras.
