Is Roberto Duran the best Lightweight of all time?

    Not even I can get down with **** of that degree, Red.

    Shore, I consider Duran #1 skilled all-time (my favorite fighter as well). Guess who's #2, though?

    I think Duran is skilled although I don't think he was any more skilled than Whitaker (although I doubt think he was any less skilled). I'm not sure who I favor in a boxing match. But I know who I favor in a street fight.

    I do see the point...in the lightweight division? No.(although DeJesus is no slouch at his best)..but above the division...he did...and then some. Gotcha...

    Greatness is up for debate (I'll take Buchanan over Tendler though, when it comes to opponents), but I think Duran has that whole business of being 'best' all wrapped up. Whitaker runs him damn close, I guess.
