Duran won the fight that mattered in the trilogy. Thats why its considered the greatest win. The third fight was years later at super middle when Duran was shot to ****.

Duran was fighting much bigger men past his prime above 135 and was inconsistent and indisciplined between fights. Leonard was not.
Duran was up against it with those guys as they were all bigger and in their primes and future ATG'S at that. Duran was a bloated mess against Hearns so he was never winning that fight.

Duran also beat the much bigger Iran Barkley, you know the guy who had just destroyed Hearns twice so two can play that card.

No, you brought up the weight classes you imbecile. I said Duran fought in 5 different 'DECADES'. Then you start banging on about weight classes.

Duran also beat Esteban DeJesus x2 at lightweight.

To even get to be in the fab 4 , then he beats the best of them (Ray) and in his absolute prime.

    A true true great.

Lol Buchanan would probably beat Mosley and give Mayweather all kinds of trouble.

Montreal Duran humbled SRL, he's definitely gonna humble Mosley, Wright, and Mayweather.

Julio Cesar Chavez, Shane Mosley and Floyd at 135 would give him a run for his money. Those would be epic fights imo.

Agreed they would all be great fights especially Chavez, but Duran beats them all IMO.

****, I think Oscar, pac and jmm were beasts at 135, and would have a shot at beating duran.

In your opinion. Not one many would share.

They would make for potentially great contests though.

I used to think ( back in 1985 ) that Donald Curry was the most talented ever ( untill Honeyghan ofcourse )
