Yes he was, rosario lost to bums and has a far weaker resume in terms of depth. Like seriously the hate for hamed is so pathetic, you would think hes an arturo gatti/micky ward caliber of a fighter. If rosario had a 'jerk personality', he would get dismissed as a bum too, it works both ways.

Clearly you don't know how it works. No one here hates on Ward or Gatti because no one here tries to call them "great." If they did, they'd get slapped down just like they are when they try to call the little rat-faced guy from Yemen at ATG.

    Get it now?

ATG is a subjective word, there are many fighters that get that label. Hamed isnt an all timer, but neither are alot of fighters that are treated as such. If Rosario was a jerk, no one would give him credit. Hamed easily accomplished more and has twice as much depth to his resume.

Go ahead and name all the guys rosario beat, actually make a list of the 30 best wins split between both fighters and I want to see how many of them are fighters rosario beat. I just find it laughable that Hamed gets completely shitted on for losing to barerra, while rosario gets treated like a warrior even though he lost to tomato cans like nazario and has a resume littered with losing record cab drivers.

No, i don't think i'll be doing that. Do you honestly think the only reason people would rate Rosario higher than Naz is because they don't like him?

yeah thats pretty much why, if hamed wasnt an obnoxious loudmouth he would get more recognition. His resume is easily better, rosario littered his resume full of tijuana cab drivers and never gets **** for it, but people want to act like hamed is the one who only fought bums, lol.

Rosario fought way past his prime, hence losing to fighters that were average. Through his prime he lost to no one that was average, and actually beat a higher calibre of upper echelon guys than Hamed did.

    Here's a wins resume comparison:

    Camacho (arguably)...............?
    Randall.............................Kelley
    Ramirez............................Vasquez
    ?.....................................Soto
    Bramble............................Bungu
    Davis...............................Hardy
    Viruet..............................Medina
    Nazario............................Sanchez
    Jones...............................McCollough
    Garza..............................Johnson

Hamed has some more depth in the C-list department which I didn't name here, but looking at their top wins it's quite easy to lean towards Rosario.

IMO Camacho, Randall and Ramirez are better than anyone Hamed ever beat.

But i thought he lost to camacho and ramirez. I would say sanchez is better than nazario, medina is better than viruet, tom johnson is definetly better than garza. Some of these guys your mentioning for rosario are C level fighters and hamed has an extra 10-15 c level fighters on his resume, without stoppage losses. Hamed is higher on my all time list.

Rosario was a hard one to figure. But the way he came on the scene by beating Ramirez and then almost beating Camacho. it was impressive. The Howard Davis fight showed his power as well as Garza when he was an older fighter. And knocking out Bramble when everyone thought Bramble was the second best switch hitter and stronger chinned guy in boxing (Hagler was first) was impressive. He didn't just beat Bramble, he demolished him. Hit Hector when no one could get close to him. Ran into Chavez which no one could beat at that time. Like I said, Rosario is hard to figure. It is easy to see he was overrated and underrated. Matters which fights you look at. He lost when you thought he had a chance, and won when you didn't think he could.
