I think Calzaghe at his prime could have beaten Roy at 168!

RJJ could beat anybody except Joe Calzaghe

I'd still give him a punchers chance

    80/20 for Joe

By punching him, repeatedly, in the face

I think that the fact that Roy was faster, hit harder and was harder much harder, to hit and would be to much for Joe.

What do you think Joe does better than Roy at 168?

    Jab for a start

I'm feeling a bit bloated after my Xmas turkey. I'm going to collapse on the sofa, and dip into some of the latest Joe Calzaghe DVD's I received

Then I'll get back to you on further things Joe does better

If Roy wanted to jab his jab was better than Calzaghe's. Just watch the Panzienza fight

I agree. No one beats him at 160 and 168. He was a boxing God at those weights.

I'd reserve my judgment until I see Calzaghe - Hopkins. JC could be the greatest and best 168 lbr ever, bar none.

Out of them I think Benn had the best chance of beating Jones.
Benn would still be the under dog, but he was such a dangerous fighter especially when he was up against it or even hurt.

A peak Eubank Vs RJJ would be a fantastic fight. I think it would have truly cemented RJJ legacy. RJJ would have been able to showcase his incredible speed against someone almost as fast. Eubank had a rock solid chin and if RJJ didn't perform 100%, he could well be KO'd.

Collins & McLellan wouldnt fare as well, but the omitted Michael Watson would have given a good account of himself.

Eubank also said he would never fight RJJ as he only had a 50/50 chance of winning if he did. That is almost humility for Eubank!
