    Roy's still got the faster hands than anybody above 147 pounds but he lacks the mobilty he used to...

    No, I think Joe is now the faster of the two. On top of that Roy hardly throws anything much nowadays.

    Joe is faster of hand definitely. Even though none of the punches connected, he was flurrying at quite a pace against Hopkins. Roy may be fleeter of foot still, but I have my doubts after the Trinidad fight.

    Its about who throws the first punch faster, and RJJ is way way faster than Joe at that. Unfortunately he doesnt throw enough or move enough anymore

    Jones is incredibly quick even at almost 40, but if you think that Calzaghe is slow, you're on crack.
