From what I seen he looks to have good boxing skills. Power seems to be average and from what I heard, he might be packing glass but i'm not sure. What do you guys think overall? quick fact- he was the last guy to beat Terence Crawford in the amateurs. Thought that was interesting.

You heard correctly, he's definitely packing glass, he was the only guy KO'd by Jessie Vargas in like the last 10 years. Which I predicted by the way.:D

Yes he's skilled, but he doesn't deal with good pressure fighters very well, he starts out well, but fades late, and against superior technicians he can be walked a trap fairly easily. While I love it that he beat Cotto, and rocked Cotto several times, which made me an automatic fan, I was a little bit of a hater of is, and his chin may be a little better since moving up to LMW, I'm not deluding myself, I think he benefitted from Cotto having one war too many and his bicep tearing, he needs to beat another legit LMW without an injury, then I might fully jump on his bandwagon. But I'll be rooting for him regardless.

I think he loses to the best in the division and i know Hearn & Brook are targeting him already. I think hes good but i think hes the weakest title holder in the division

Sadam Ali will fight the lowest tier Jr. middleweights that Oscar De La Hoya can hire and if Ali gets a twinkling of a fan base, he will be sent to Canelo for disposal.

This. After watching the Abregu fight I knew he wasn't that good and that Vargas was going to hurt him. Sadam Ali is about as good as Julian Williams, which just isn't good enough at the top level. Williams barely eeked out a decision against an ancient Ishe Smith. Lara, Hurd, or Charlo easily knockout Ali or Williams.

Really good comparison actually. Both guys have decent boxing skills it seems with some speed. Enough to always be in contention, but never enough to actually hold a belt.

I totally disagree with your assessment of Williams. Who else in the division punches like Big Charlo with no drug testing?

Hes got a lot of skills and I wouldn't put too much thought into how good he can take a punch because he took cottos shots very well which are a lot heavier than those of Jesse Vargas. At the higher weight class I think he will be more effective, and will pose a tough task to any of the champions in the division.
