Peter's abs do look tight, with some fat behind the muscle tissue... It IS a real combo there..... Still, Peter's girth does bulge out front........ Peace... MR.BILL....:think
Samels age seems to gather some interest every time he fights.. I dunno what he is listed at.. But it has nothing what so ever to do with how well he is going to perform, If i said he was 22 , you would mostly start with he is immature and inexperienced.. If i said he was 40 many would come back with, he is over the hill and an accident waiting to happen.. Samuel is indeed 33........ TRUTH......... and i think its a great age for a heavyweight to be holding a championship belt......
He is a bit of chunker, and I'm sure genes have a lot to do with that. However, he has weighed as low as 233. No idea how he performed at that weight, but he could stand to drop a few pounds, definitely.
I agree with you in point, but Sam has a bodytype that gains weight very easily, and while he does have stamina and strength, his weight will always be a problem. Just as some people are hard gainers when it comes to muscle, he is a "hard loser" when it comes to weight.
I have a hard time calling a man fat whos abdominal muscles are protruding from his belly and who has arms like sledghammers.
What is it with boxing fans that they are so obssesed with fighter's physiques. Boxing history is RIDDLED with cases where the fighter who didn't "look" as good won. Calzaghe-Lacy anyone????
Peter started his career under 240 and fought Wladimir at 243, just 3 years ago... The man doesn't train seriously, he doesn't do any road work to start and always trains less than 7 weeks for a fight.... He should be no more than 240 !!
It's not about physique but being in shape to perform to the best of your abilities... Calzaghe was always in shape for his fights, doesn't have to look like Jeff Lacy..
