    No, he never was.

Gifted decisions and close fights don't get you there.

P4P don't need so many advantages, short camps, ref, judges help.

The way he lost his last fight, showned that he don't have plan B. He can't adapt right away.

There is no way great boxer would only win 1 round out of 12. He got outboxed really bad.

I don't think anyone ever had him as the best fighter on the globe tbh.

The best fighter on the globe? He's been universally recognized as the best fighter in the world for many years. The loss to Bivol has put that into question, but no one has done anything to put themselves into position to be P4P #1. So yes he still should be considered P4P #1, he did well enough against Bivol to hold his position as the P4P best, but he's not the unanimous consensus P4P #1 anymore.

Usyk for me personally. Undisputed cruiserweight, Unified heavyweight. Could very well be undisputed soon.

Yeah you're not really proving me wrong here. P4P lists are incredibly flawed as they don't take everything into account. A win is a win, even if the vast majority of the boxing world believe the wrong man won. Fighting with hometown judges in your backyard or fighting against the odds on foreign soil also don't factor in.

Nobody who actually takes these things into consideration would have Canelo no. 1.
