As for Scotty himself? the thought of him being back makes me buzz, but when the reality kicks in, how long hes been out, the fact that he was mad on drink & drugs, the age he is now, the fact that he appeared to be on the slide when he turned in an average performance against Hussein? I think of a guy he blasted away, Michael Brodie. His comeback was an utter failure, & that man didnt abuse his body like Scotty did(as far as I know) or was out of the ring nearly as long as mr H.
I would love the boxing gods to prove me wrong on this one, & for scotty to come back as hard assed as he was in his prime. We can but dream!

billy mate ,the last show was a sell out ,and i have to admiti didnt think it would sell out but in fairness to alex,and Grant Jeans it was a well matched and decent show for a first attempt.

i would expect a second show to do aswell even without McEwan and Harrison,but i dont think Harrison being on the show is as ludicrious as people will suggest as there both contracted to ****** and both share the same trainer so it could happen,only time will tell. who knows maybe a wee slot on boxnation :think could become them

 

Igot told Alex is getting coached with a keep fit guy now? And you think the fights vwere evenly matched,please have a second no make it third look at it again.
I may be wrong but Alex hasnt fought on a FW show for over a year now and im told hes boxing Ashley Theopane next,now your a man in know any truth in it.

 

i dont think theopayne fight will happen anytime soon,there was talk on twitter about it but that is it . Yes the fights were ok ,there was only 2 ko's from what i can remeber out of 6 fights ,it was there first show so it was a learnign curve mate ...i take that into consideration .

 

Yeah I agree, done pretty good for first show. FW doesnt always put on great shows either, and his early day he would have been the same as AA, finding his feet.

 

This might not be the week to be talking up FW's cards when he's got 0 competitive matchups on his Mitchell card tomorrow.
