Midlands Boxing Club, he won two Irish Senior Titles as an amateur and a Silver at the EU Championships.

His fight with Kassai was covered by Sky(although off tv so tv viewers didn't see it) but uploaded onto Youtube. Unfortunately however the video was deleted for copyright reasons.

That's where he trains out of now, but didn't as an amateur.
He's been getting some of the best sparring around, he's sparred with John Simpson, Jason Booth, Matthew Marsh, Mickey Coveney, and also either has or will spar Choi Tseveenpurev soon. There's probably more decent names I'm forgetting aswell.

 

Scott Quigg is a brilliant pro.. Stephen Smith is also world class pro..

As for me, Im a totally different fighter to what I was in the am's and also a totally different athlete, I feel you'll see the athlete in me when my fights start lasting a little longer.. I might not be body beautiful like your Pascal's and Dawsons but I'll guarentee there no fitter than me and are not trained any better than me either.

I work myself to a standstill and have mixed with world class people in the gym and have never been found wanting with ANYONE... All my fights will be televised now so you'll see just exactly what Im about..:good

 

Someone in the know(could be a bullshitter) has said David Haye played with you in sparring a few years back and really hurt you. Any truth in that?
