    I think he is #2 rated by the WBC.

    Edit: He is the WBC interim Champion so he is indeed next in line.

    Oh wait, he didn't fight and beat all time greats Zuniga and McKart so don't expect that one to happen. ****, it looks like not many active ones fought and beat them, Pavlik has the green light to retire as he has nothing left to prove anymore.

    So, Zuniga is extremely highly regarded after his victory over that young Russian knock out kid? And Mckart of course is highly respected for his fights against Winky Wright.
