Agnew is in no position to be calling anyone ordinary, when his best win is Yusaf Mack. I read that Agnew's last nine opponents had a combined record of 10-42-2 in their six fights before meeting him.

Kovalev actually has a decent resume, with wins over Cleverly, Campillo, Sillakh, Thompson, and White.

Apart from his power I don't see anything special about him. Stevenson is by far the more complete fighter at LHW

I watched Kovalev's fight with Thompson. Near the end of round 1, Kovalev throws a right hand, but doesn't fully extend it, and instead hits Thompson with a left hook.

You are blind or have not watched his fights. His power is enough on its own. But how about his ability to cut off the ring and control distance? I've heard the comment made in a couple of his fights that his opponent has the reach advantage but you can't tell because Kovs nullifies it. Also, his accuracy. Laser point precision. Who cares about anything else? No one can escape him.

Stevenson's the more complete fighter, so he likes to keep his opponents around for awhile. Flawed logic. Kovalev has 18 fights stopped before the end of round 3.

That should be 19 because of Cleverly. Considering the ref carried him to his corner.

Agnew also said he's fought plenty of guys with power in the amateurs. Amateurs use bigger gloves and headgear. I'm positive he hasn't face anyone in the pros with Kovalev's power.

No one Kovalev has fought has fought anyone with his power. He's the hardest hitter pound for pound in boxing.

Well, Darnell Boone has fought both Kovalev and Stevenson, so I wouldn't say that.

I agree that his level of opposition is a bit weak. Tier B fighters.

How about Agnew? How good is he?

Cleverly said Kovalev hit very hard, and is very accurate.

Lionell Thompson said, "Nobody hits like Kovalev".

He's undefeated. And a few of Kovs opponents had no losses or one loss. Its not Kovs fault. HE IS READY. He has said that repeatedly! Dont blame him.
