No Pavlik, Williams, Dzinziruk, Cintron, Bunema, and Barker is a decent resume, but not hall of fame quality.
Not today no, he needs a few more wins at MW, Macklin is a start though hardly the stuff greats are made of, someone like Sturm would be great for his resume though doubtful; Chavez Jr is a name with a pretty record, and he also needs a marquee fight, even if he does need to go to 168, Bute, Ward, Kessler, maybe Froch. Even if he loses, plenty of careers have been enhanced by fights were the fighter lost valiantly.
No. He's 36 and lacks the quality of resume. But with that said, if he pulled a "Hopkins" and fought till he was 40 (and kept winning) and added some good names to his resume, then he could be. But unfortunately, his run started to late.
For what? For getting a lucky punch in on Paul and beating an unconfident Pavlik... Ph yeah he did manage a draw against the feared ****ron!!!
