I have sex before my strength workouts and it helps I thin, might be placebo tho. But it doesn't make you weak. If you a sissy then yes.

it's a myth. Building up of testosterone for more than 3 days causes your body to produce less and less each day. It's like the effect of having a full stomach, you will eat less because ur body is not hungry. In fact the more often you get off, the more (testosterone) your body produces.

Yes, it'll make your legs weaker.

yeah i understand all the weak legs thing, but lets say im going into a big fight and some fit model or such comes into my dressing room and says let me suck you off champ a few hours before the fight, would it make any difference?

Just not too close to fight time.

I've always felt the reasoning and the statement of "it gives you weak legs" is because any guy who has had sex on a regular basis will tell you that you feel a lot more relaxed and less aggressive after a good run of sex. Just my opinion, but fighting is one of the last things on my mind after some good *****. Deny the ***** for a while, I think men get a little more angry and aggressive.

Could be a testosterone thing, don't really know if it's just a wives tale. Either way, I know for me personally I definitely feel a lot more chill and relaxed with sex, than without.

Yes, but foreplay is okay even during a fight.

I dont buy those Sport Sciene vids . I remember the vid about Chad Dawson handspeed vs a Rattlesnake . They said Chad Dawson punch is twice as fast as a Rattlesnake bite . Im a fan of Dawson but i dont buy that for a sec.

Well, not saying you're wrong, but he does go through a detoxification process in which the wastes are minimized, and he intakes more of the vitamins that are usually secreted along with waste.

    :rofl :rofl

I think i get this joke!!

Back to the thread. I think it truly bows down to each individual and what suits them. Most of it is psychological, like Ali wouldnt bang for a long time, believing it made him invincible (is what the OP said) so mentally it drives Ali on. Physically I dont think sex affects you that much because so long as you have a good nights sleep, your legs should recover from the orgasm
    Its all mental imo..
