No. I love Sugar to death, but no. At welter his big wins are 1 win over DLH, a win over Collazzo, and the Margarito win. Most of the other wins are guys not really worth that much on a boxing resume. (Shannon Taylor, Adrian Stone, Willy Wise, etc). A few were decent contenders, but against that you have three losses at welter, two to Forrest and one to Cotto.

The Winky fights were at 154 and have no bearing on a discussion on a conversation about 147.

Much better than wins over victoriano sosa ,phillip ndou an although castillo very good he was coming of sd win over steve quinonez ,loss to stevie johnston an was not precevied as great or really good till after mayweather fight although mayweather world class an great fighter in terms of lightweight it goes to shane jr lightweight floyd .

you know i think oscar body of work shorter there is a little more substance to his shorter resume wins over rafel ruelas, jorge paez "altough better smaller",along with genero an molina super solid resume with that quality arguably better than shanes his win over gonzales was at 140 or 147

if you are talking post the Duran,Hearns,Leonard,Benitez era then Delahoya has the best resume after those 4 guys.
