No, He is a good 2 division champion and that was it. His third "reign" really shouldn't have occurred since he was on PEDs. He is a HOFer but not a ATG.

:deal3 division champ...the consensus best at all 3 at some point during each reign, first to truly beat oscar, brilliant at 135 and 147. made the most out of his time at 154 despite some weak performances. i think he's earned the all time great label

I would say yes regardless of what happens May 1st. He took on all comers and won some big fights, lost his share, but so did other all time greats. Started career 38 and 0, with 35 KO's. He does have the black mark with Balco, some will hold that against him, but has had a chance since to prove his worth by winning big fights. He is a cut below Sugar Ray Leonard. But he belongs with the Mike McCallum's, Ike Williams's and the Wilfred Benitez's.

Arguably top 25, I'd agree. The greatest? There isn't even the slightest trace of a case to be made.

depends on your criteria for a all time great, i think he is a HOF for sure, beating floyd would make him a alltime great in my opinion, if he also destroys pac i will think of him very highly.

If he wins and wins in a picture-perfect sort of way, yes.
If not, then there's no time left to make the necessary leap.
