    Yes he is. 8 defenses of the lightweight title and a thunderous beat down of the Welterweight champion. Throw in wins over De La Hoya, Collazo, Vargas and some tough losses to Cotto, Wright and an undefeated Forrest. He also never ducked anyone and had some of the fastest hands that boxing has ever seen.
