No, Mosley's never been a thinking man/ adaptive fighter. Athleticism, speed, power, heart and chin got Mosley where he is.

low level IQ is going way to far, he is not the smartest guy around, but he has managed to some how stay relevant as a fighter despite being old as ****, against Vargas he was already past prime but made adjustments. In the first fight he stood toe to toe and brawled with the bigger man un wisely but in the rematch he used his speed, movement, and angles to outbox and dominate Vargas. At age 36, Cotto at his peak was Barely able to get by him, Many thought Shane won. Shane in his younger days only lost to fighters who were not only master boxers but very big guys who overpowered him, and that ODLH wanted NO part of. Shane has Multiple world titles in multiple weight classes and was fighting at a high level despite being in his late 30s, a low level IQ fighter can't do that. Low level IQ fighters are guys like Ward, Williams, Baldo, Margo, Mayorga etc. Shane is much smarter than they are.

He is a Mexican masquerading as a black fighter.

He had Void, The Woman Beater" out on his feet, then suddenly quit throwing punches for no reason.

i would say no...he made a career using his athletic ability, not his ring iq...and has always had issues with "boxers"
