Blah Blah Blah Tony was mentally rocked from the handwraps thing, blah blah blah Tony was weight drained, blah blah blah Tony wasn't hurt that much. The fact was Margarito was knocked out by a past prime Shane Mosley who was 38, 37? He fought an incredibly stupid fight against a man who hit harder, was stronger on the inside, who allowed Shane to hammer his body etc. It was one of the best wins of the decade. Fact. Still this was another accumulative effort from Old Man River Mosley.
He is only a devastating puncher when he is on the juice. Other than that he is slightly above average. In the first oscar fight he landed alot of shots but did not rock oscar. In the second fight he looked the stronger of the 2 and landed less but inflicted more damage and rocked oscar a few times even when oscar blocked or the punch did not land clean.
Shane with the right shot is damaging but since he's moved up, he's more of a combo puncher. A few good shots and your down, no one shot really. Anything can happen though. I'd say he's one of the strongest top 10 punchers if the not the strongest/hardest hitting.
