These days Mosley does almost nothing but throw the right hand powershot - in a truly mindless sort of way. He also seems to have mental system freezes at different points in a fight. I don't know if he's shot, but the guy isn't working on full brain capacity at this point. That uppercut Forrest gave him broke something in there..

Well past-prime, but not yet shot. Bernard Hopkins is past-prime, because he has been narrowly and contentiously beaten by fighters he would have outclassed in his prime (Taylor & Calzaghe), Roy Jones Jr is shot because he has been knocked out by fighters he would have outclassed in his prime (Tarver & Johnson). Mosley hasn't got to the point where he is being KO'd yet, but a loss to Cotto and a poor performance v Mayorga prove that he is nothing like the same guy who beat prime De La Hoya in 2000.

No he isnt shot to much is made of the Mayorga fight. Mosleys speed looked fine not prime but it hasnt slipped inbetween the Cotto fight. After 3 rounds Mosley seemed to get his timing and figured out Mayorgas style and beat the crap out of him from rounds 4 through 7 then Mayorga used his big weight advantage to tie Mosley up and wrestle him and Mosley just allowed him to do it because he had no strategy.

SSM is nothing compared to what he was. He can still compete but if this was prime SSM we'd be betting on him instead of AM.

No, he's probably past his prime but can still hang with the elite.

He is shot, I dont know why people hold on to it and cant admit it.

People were actually thinking RJJ had a serious chance or was even going to school Calzaghe, looking over his record for the last 5 years.

Looking at shane and how he did for the majority of the Mayorga fight (who mayorga is WAY past his best), it doesnt take much to predict a TKO win for Margarito.

Margarito does everything better than a 2008 Mayorga, shane gets hit too much, his defense is weak and he likes to trade if the fight turns that way.

    Not shot, but very faded.

This is coming from a huge Mosley fan.

If he wins against Margo it would go down as a historical event.
