Is Shawn Porter ready for Berto , Cotto , Mosley and the likes ???

    He should fight someone like Chavez Jr, Kirkland or Henry first, still definitely in "unproven prospect" mode

    Sorry man - I disagree on all three counts. :yep

    He doesn't have the power to hurt top dogs at 147 or 154.

    His skillset is more suited to the amateurs.

    He has a really hard time holding my attention with his missing-90%-of-the-time style. When he is co-featured on TV, that is usually the time where I go prepare my sandwich.

    I reckon the one of the main criticisms I have of Porter, if I had to pick something, would be that he has a tendency to smother himself sometimes, aside from that, I think he has a lot to offer, cant believe you don like watching him fight.

    Every time i read about Shawn Porter, I remember watching him on the MTV show "Made"... Did anyone see that? Lol

    No, he needs about 5 more fights against an increasing level of competition before he can challenge the big boys. Plus, he's still getting used to fighting at 147.
