I think he is still top 10 fighter in the division. He has only lost to the 2 best in the division and one of them was Brook a fighter who is avoided in the division.

His training has gotten him this far but I think if he works on the ability of smothering his opponents punches while not smothering his own he would be more effective. I don't think he neccesarily has to get rid of his dad but it wouldn't hurt to add more wrinkles in his game. He is definitely going to test any fighters stamina and physicallity and will make you work almost 12 rounds of the fight. If he doesn't work out what he is doing wrong he will just be seen as a gatekeeper for the elite and then as time passes a gatekeeper for contenders. Boxing waits for no one and he needs to get active and up his game if he can.

He's clearly still a top 5 WW. Would love to see him versus Garcia or Spence. Hell, or Pac or Tim Bradley.

He was expecting Berto to get pummeled in his last fight.

Yeah he's still a player at 147 he won't beat the very best there but will compete well against them.

He just needs to make some adjustments and work on being more tactical. He got robbed in an amateur fight vs Usyk at 165 so he can certainly fight from a technical standpoint. Lord knows the judges are not giving him the benefit of doubt with his current approach so why not implement an extra dimension to your game? Lodk knows he is capable of doing so. Marco Antonio Barrera extended his career like 6 years doing so.

The way he fights always makes for a good fight - drags the best out of his opponent every time and the opponent is not on his a-game then he'll be beaten. He's the best gate-keeper in boxing, probably.

He has to rebuild his way back up the rankings, why not a guy who still has some likewise explosiveness like Berto? I think it's an interesting clash of styles. WHY you always complain?!?!

My goodness, you're worse than a female on her rag.

Porter has fought and lost two close fights against the best two in the division, you know Porter won't turn down anyone or wait for the right time,to me he's an old school boxer,we need to get away from the Mayweather undefeated bull **** because as good as his record is I don't respect it anymore than Oscars or Haglers or whoever,it's gotten to the point now where a few losses and you're finished?
