I'm about 1/4th through this 12 oz bag (lil bit smaller than your average frozen veges bag)

What's everyone's experiences with nuts (no homo) for food?

I remember seeing something like 200 some odd calories in a 1.5 ounce serving

There's a lot of calories in cashew nuts. I wouldn't suggest snacking on them unless you want to gain some weight.

there are many things that are worse then snacking on cashews....like snacking on gummy bears, pepsi, lucky charms, jello, chocolate chip cookies, oreo's, rice pudding...to name a few.

though as far as nuts go, almonds and walnuts are much better options, even pistacios and peanuts are better choices then cashews.

Explain? Cashew nuts are full of good fats. What makes cashew nuts worse than the rest of the list you gave?

well almonds are a good source of the anti oxidant vitamin e

peanuts have the most protien per serving

walnuts provide up to 90% the daily dosage of omega 3

pistachios contain a good amount of b vitamins along with a high amount of fiber.

cashews have low fiber and low protien but they also have the lowest fat per serving of the 5

if your opting for omega 3 walnuts are the best option, as far as good fats.
