    The journalist who Goldenboy served with a cease and desist letter which threatened him with legal action if he did not stop investigating accusations that Floyd Mayweather has a stipulation in his contract with USADA that says negative tests will be exempt if it caused by 'inadvertent use' and that he has failed three tests already.

    Montoya responded by saying that if it is the case that everything is in order then they can just disclose the contracts and test results (not negative/positive - actual composition of the sample) and everything will be fine.

    That's the ACTUAL news out of this whole thread.

    B-But Sir! Floyd Mayweather has passed his test! Why would an agency that has jurisdiction over the entire US Olympic Team, want to tarnish its reputation on a boxer(which is what your implying)
