Yesterday i have an argument with a guy in saddo. I said soto is an a-class fighter coz someone here at esb said hector velasquez is a class-b fighter. No way will i put down soto with hector, i said. Besides soto fought decent competition in kelley, juarez, valle and guz. He said, no in bloody hell you ****ing idiot, that soto is a class-a fighter. So i said: ok master i humbly accept that soto is a class-b fighter, eventhough someone here at esb once mentioned velasquez is a class-b fighter.

I'm getting confused, what is the truth? :think

Class A fighters are usually fighters who have beaten fellow A class fighters and many more B fighters. A class fighters are ussually fighters who can be Mythically matched in any era with interest. I cant see Soto as a class A fighter. He might be a B+ at most but not a class A fighter. By the way Velasquez is more of a C+ or B- at best. Velasquez is the type of guy you put a prospect in with or he can also be the type of "stay busy " fight for the elite.

Hector would be at best a B- kind of fighter (if we're to use this kind of grading system). Possibly even somewhere in the C range.

Soto, I reckon, is still only a B class kind of fighter.

A's are left for the elite. To me, anyway.

He is a B+ fighter. I really respect PAc if he takes on Soto.
I also think Soto is a very very live underdog. Soto is good against fighters that press the action like Manny. His great chin and reach will trouble Manny.

I have been waiting for this fight to happen for years.

Ill go B for atleast right now. His most notable win is vs Rocky Juarez another B level fighter which hey its a good win but it looks better on say Barreras resume when Juarez isnt even one of his best wins not even top 5.

My thoughts exactly. Soto can pull this off. Definite props to Manny for taking this fight.
As for his class I'd say between b to b+.
