huh? Soto's afraid of someone cuz he magically wont fight the person YOU think he should fight? What a narcisstic *******...

He's afraid of Rios, yet he had fought Antillon...... yeah, that makes a ****load of sense

Iight cool and while you add it, tell Pacquiao to wear grants gloves and tell him "gloves don't matter if you have power." Why Morales forced Maidana to wear winning gloves instead of everlast? Simple cause Morales was afraid of getting ko again. Anybody that follow boxing knows that wearing a gloves that a fighter ain't feeling conferable will easily effect that fighters confidents. Lacy was about to cancel the Jones fight cause Jones force him to wear grant gloves in which everybody here knows Lacy always wear everlast.

If Soto ain't afraid to fight Rios then why Soto refuse to fight Rios 3 freaking times when Arum was about to make the fight happen? Soto barely beat Antillon by decision while Rios tko Antillon in the 3rd round. Rios has clearly beaten far better fighters then Soto and beat the same fighter Soto beat but Rios did it far better. If Soto ain't afraid then why he refuse to fight him when Arum was about to make happen 3 times? Soto is a disgrace mexican.

Soto said he would fight Rios later this year, not in February 2011 (only 2 months after Soto fought Antillon in December 2011).

Rios wanted to fight a not-fully rested Soto in Feb, cause Rios knew Soto would not have time to fully rest from having fought 12 rounds with Antillon, while Rios was well rested from having fought a BUM (Omri Lowther) in November.

Soto has been wanting to move up to 140lbs since last year.
and becasue the #1 mandatory contender to his WBC lighweight belt, is Antomio DeMarco (whom happens to be Soto's cousin), Soto will not fight his cousin.

Rios can easily move up to 140lbs, but wont cause Rios is a scared chicken that has been avoiding Victor Ortiz for the last couple of years.

Soto is more of a warrior than Rios will ever be, cause Rios has already proven to be a piece-of-****-COWARD for ducking John Murray, Juan Diaz, Victor Ortiz.

Soto is a 3-Time/Divisional World Champion and has made over 12 Title defenses from 126lbs, 130lbs, and 135lbs, whereas Rios has only had 2 world championship fights in 1 weight class.

Rios just wants to fight Soto, cause Rios has been fooled by Soto's poor performances and thinks Soto is easy. But Soto is not easy, and will KO Rios when they meet at 140lbs.

Chicken Rios ducked Murray, Juan Diaz, and Victor Ortiz.

Victor took the 147 title from Berto, and is fighting Mayweather he could give two shits right now about Rios at 140, I don't think Ortiz will ever fight at 140 again considering how well he did at 147...and is about to get a Mayweather pay day.

    you're making shitt up.

Arum didnt try to make a Rios-Soto fight "
    This content is protected
    ".

He only tried to make the fight ONCE, in February 2011, just 2 months after Soto was done fight Antillon in December 2010.

Rios wanted to fight Soto on that month only, cause he knew Soto would not be fully rested.

And because Soto said on the December post fight interview, that he wont fight Rios in February cause he needs time to rest, but he'll fight Rios later this year,,,,all you anxious Soto haters are now exagerrating that its a "duck":patsch, when all along Soto said he'll fight him later this year.

Rios is a disgrace wanna-be fighter, cause Rios has already DUCKED 4 fighters.

Rios ducked Victor Ortiz, John Murray, Miguel Acosta rematch, and Juan Diaz.

You're a disgrace disgusting very biased Soto fan. You forgot to mention that Rios said if Soto can't fight him in feb of 2011 then he'll fight Soto at another month or more but instead Soto decided to fight Antillon rematch but that didn't happen cause Arum said made a promise to Rios that whoever wins between Soto vs Antillon rematch will fight Rios. Soto heard about it and decided to not fight Antillon rematch cause he knows he has no choice but to fight Riosb if he beats Antillon. You say he ducked Ortiz, Murray? Juan Diaz? Acosta rematch? Ortiz is busy preparing to fight Mayweather in which Ortiz is coming back from a great win over Berto. Ortiz hasn't mention about fighting Rios and he shouldn't since Ortiz is now a ww. Umm who's John Murray? Oh the fighter from england who's beaten who? Ohh a bunch of bums lol. I mean really? Seriously John Murray? Juan Diaz? Man you really are ******ed for real. Juan Diaz who is the same fighter who was ko by Marquez in the rematch and lost badly to Paulie imo twice. Acosta rematch? I will like to see that fight but down the road. If it doesn't happen? So what. Rios still fought him and tko him. Rios has beaten Antillon far far far better then Soto did in which Soto barely got by Antillon. Rios has beaten Peterson, Acosta, Antillon (far better then the way Soto did) in which he beat better fighters then Soto opponents that he beat.

The sad thing is Soto really has been a disgrace lately. Look at his resume. His best wins are Juarez, Antilion, David Diaz and Jesus Chavez. And he's pulled out of fights with Anthony Peterson on the Cotto vs Foreman undercard when Peterson was a hyped prospect who everyone was on his dick and then pulled out of the Antilion rematch that was gonna be on the Pacquiao vs Margarito undercard.

He's a 2 weight division paper champion and beat terrible fighters to win those belts Francisco Lorenzo at 130 and then David Diaz at 135 and he was only interim WBC champ at 126 and won that in prob his best win of his career vs Rocky Juarez.

He's clearly just hoping to fight bums in mexico and landing a big money fight. He's become Anthony Mundine like.

No, he's just not nearly as good as being a 3 division world champ would suggest.

No you were right the first time. He's only a 2 division champ and a paper one at that.

It was Peterson that ran from Soto and avoided fighting Soto, to fight Rios instead.
To this day, its beem more than 10 months, and NO ONE hears Peterson say that he wants to fight Soto.

Soto beat terrible fighters to win those VACANT belts, because the then real holders of those belts (Pacman, and Edwin Valero) were too fvcken SCARED to defend their titles against their then mandatory #1 ranked contender-Humberto Soto.

Soto wanted to fight Pacman since 2006 and Pac ducked him, so Soto worked his way to the mandatory #1 contender to Pac's WBC 130lbs title, and as soon as the WBC orderd Pac that he had to make a mandatory defense of that 130lbs title against Soto, Pac got SCARED and vacated that belt, leaving Soto to fight Gamiel Diaz (not Lorenzo) for Pac's abandoned title.

Then Soto moved to 135lbs to chase Pac, and Pac ran to 147lbs to get a FIXED FIGHT "charity win" from his co-promoter, DelaHoya,
and Soto sought to fight WBC 135lbs champ-Edwin Valero, but Valero (just like Pac) was too damm SCARED to defend his title against Soto, and vacated that WBC 135lbs belt, leaving Soto to fight David Diaz for Valero's abandoned belt.

Its not Soto's fault that he fought BUMS, because those BUMS replaced Pacman and Valero, both of whom abandoned their titles, cause Pac & Valero were to SCARED to defend their then titles against their then mandatory & #1 ranked contender- Soto.
