And does it taste good. I'm thinking of using "ASDA Smartprice Longlife Soya Milk Unsweetened" as its cheap and seems like a good alternative due to the low sugar it contains. But isnt it a processed alternative to a natural food (milk)??
The only ones I've tried are the sweetened vanilla flavored variety. While it did taste pretty good, I'd imagine the plain unsweetened kind would probably be bland as hell. Although, it'd be an alternative to regular milk if you're lactose intolerant, don't soy milk and soy products contain estrogen-like substances? I bet if you drink enough of it, you'd start growing your own set of man-boobs.
Yea, definitely do not take my word for it. I've only heard rumors, but I've never bothered to look them up.
Raw milk is better than soy and shop bought pasturised milk, but it cannot be legally sold in a shop so you have to visit a farmers market.
According to rumors, consuming large amounts of soy products will actually turn a full-bloodied heterosexual male into a flaming homosexual. Just a warning for y'all. :smoke
Lol that must be bull****. **** it doe to much of a risk! Any1 know another alternative to cows milk?
Off the top of my head: Rice milk - but low in calcium and protein compared to cow's milk. Almond milk - but low in protein compared to cow's milk. But I'm sure there's plenty others out there.
Oh, actually there's another alternative to cow's milk, but it's best that you ask Mike W about it. I heard he's an expert on that stuff.
