I do. I'm trying to find a sugar free alternative to milk for my porridge and weetabix etc. I'm trying to cut out all unneccesary sugar in my diet
Just drink regular milk man seriously there is nothing better, cutting out sugar in your diet is not natural or healthy for a athlete, sugar equals energy, energy equals a greater ability to train. Otherwise you need to just use water, but this is both less nutritious and tastes crappy. Better to just eat less in general or train harder if your trying to drop weight, milk is one of the last things I would cut out of my diet personally.
nothing is wrong with man titties. I drink soy all day but I also get to wear a bra now. does anybody here drink raw milk regularly? I heard alot of good stuff about this option.
Carbs are broken down into sugars when your body digests them, your body is still using sugar to power itself when you eat carbs. Sugar is essential to enable the body to function. Eating pure sugar is not a good idea generally but that is not what you are doing when you drink milk.
Hmm....... titty milk is used for infants to grow. From your pic we can see you've grown a bit too much. Maybe drink normal people milk? Oh and if you go on one of my threads id apreciate an answer that isnt useless
