Also outboxed for several rounds by shot to bits Ray Austin.

Also hurt and bossed around (even if the stoppage was premature) by Demetrice freaking King.

I think he will be successful if he's matched with certain boxers.

    Like, David Price.

I'd fancy Stiverne, just because Price sticks his head out and Stiverne has a decent counter.

Any of the top 20 HW's with a decent jab defeats him.
Arreola was tailor made for a counter-puncher.

    Yep.

He's just not a great HW, not too much better than someone like Charr. Better definitely, but not much.

Vitali should have just defended against him before calling it a day. That might have forced the WBC to set something up between deserving challengers, and we'd have someone like Povetkin with a strap now, instead of Stiverne and now Wilder....

I actually see Price outboxing Stiverne... He might get caught eventually, but he'd definitely has a shot at winning a UD, maybe even stop him. Stiverne is a slow mover, and if Price hits him with that right cross it's over. If Wilder can outbox Stiverne for 12 rounds I don't see it being an impossible task for Price.. Not an easy one, but if he can avoid getting hit and doesn't blow his wad he wins.

    Price will gas after 6.
His legs will stop and he'll eat some timed counters on that glass ear.

Price hasn't gone a full 12rds yet, just using his jab, till he does that I'd stay clear of Stiverne.

No. I think even Price will beat the out of shape Stiverne that is left.
