At the age he’s at, he should be in and around his prime, but with the amount of punches he takes, he hasn’t take any heavy damage in fights, but if that’s how he spars, he could’ve taken a lot over the years, Ergashev who he beat looks better than Paro to me, so maybe he aged overnight with the damage he’s taken in sparring.
Also he was having a back and forth with Prograis pre fight via FaceTime, could he have though Paro was just a stepping stone for bigger fights?
    What do you think?

Too old to be "rapping" dancing ringside for 20 minutes before the fight.

No, he was just shown why a good boxer can defeat him. And easily.

Is Paro better than Ergashev? I think Ergashev looks more well schooled and he has power of his own.

I don't know that boxer. It's a shame Paro has little power although he did ok Montana Love (thankfully).

I thought Matias looked like he was going to a party entering the ring.

I don't think he looks more well schooled than Paro. He has a nice, powerful left hand, but style wise he's far suited to Matias than Paro. Ergashev is puncher and he stood right in front of Matias, even backing him up and that was a mistake given Matias' power. Paro is more of a boxer, uses more lateral movement, plays with range more and actually keeps his hands up while Ergashev often walks in with his hands down.
