Is "Super Welterweight" a right term for the 154 lb. division?

I was just reading about this the other day.Certain Fringe Sanctioning bodies(WBF&IBA) have it for dudes who are too big to be a cruiserweight but too small to compete against bigger heavyweights.210-250.

The thought of Tyson or Frazier or Ali only being Super Cruiserweight champions kinda really pisses me off.Step up your muscle, step up your skill, but either be a goddamn cruiserweight or a heavyweight.
