Is Takam the best fighter AJ has faced ?

you can certainly make a case for that, but both were clearly on the slide at the time Joshi fought them.

I think Takam will definitely be his 2nd most dangerous opponent. I’m not sold on Whyte to be honest.

I think Takam could prove to be awkward opponent for AJ to put away. He presents a unique threat that these big, tall heavyweights don’t really have, and that’s his mobility. He’s only 6”1, yet the tight, tucked in stance he employs, means he’s an even smaller target to hit. He’s very mobile and comes at his opponent from different angles. AJ is going to have to do a fair bit of cardio in this fight to keep setting himself with the jab.

I’m much more excited about this fight than I was with the Pulev one in terms of styles. Takam won’t hide, he’ll be looking to move inside and rest AJ’s chin.

 

Takam would be 2nd, yes. Definitely above Whyte who was considered to be British level at best back then, and above Breazeale who was nothing more than a prospect at that time.

Outside Klitschko.. I think so, providing Takam is fit and has specifically trained for Joshua.

And we are being told Takam was training for Joshua but that said.. they wouldn't say anything else, they are trying to sell PPV's.

Joshua is 1/66 with the Bookmakers so they don't think it makes a slight bit of difference.

 

Similar odds to what Mike Tyson was against Buster Douglas!

 

If it happened and Takam laid Joshua out, I'd would pay triple the PPV price to have "Eddie Cam" just so I can see his heart break.. sort of like this
