No. Dude skipped a division just to fight a belt holder who's not even a real champ. Lol

Fighters call each other out all the time it doesn't mean that it's accepted most of the time.
The point I was making that Fury's reputation wasn't what it is today. he'd been off for a while his last good win was Vlad and he didn't have reputation for being heavy handed. Wilder and Fury make each others resume look a lot better than it is take the trilogy out of the equation it's slim pickings.

Sure, but plenty of people called out Wilder and he ran a mile from most of them - the fact he actually accepted Fury calling him out doesn't necessarily mean it's not a cherry pick for their first fight (IMHO it was)

His primary fan base is a bunch of chumps willing to pay to see him knock out bums. He will continue to talk trash while he fights no hopers. His fans are dumb enough to think the top fighters are afraid to fight Tank. You see them on twitter accusing other top fighters of being afraid to take on Tank. I don’t see him fighting a legit opponent for a couple more years. Maybe when he’s 30 years old. He’s getting close.

Exactly like Wilder... Except underneath it all, I do think Tank could be a serious top level fighter if he actually wanted it.

We may never know. If he dies today (and I hope he doesn’t) his fans will wildly speculate about him being the best ever. Even though he spent years fighting no hope opponents exclusively even as top fighters called him out. Tank likes fighting older guys and small guys moving up. His fans only care about knockouts and don’t care about level of opposition. It’s no accident that he has avoided all top opposition at 135. You have to hand it to Tank, he knows his fan base. Bunch of dummies. A top fighter like Haney would expose Tank. Loma would embarrass Tank and give him a boxing lesson. Moot points, he ain’t fighting those guys any time soon.

Haney cannot fight Tank in his next 2 fights due to his contractual commitments with Top Rank. Tank is happy to fight Garcia next if Garcia is man enough to have the fight.

Garcia isn't one of the best in the division, I want Tank fighting the best out there.

I just hope he chases the fights and does what he needs to do as challenger.
