Shelestyuk seems to be sweeping under the radar which is a bit unfair
top prospect from what I've seen and was World championship gold medalist and Olynpic bronze medlaist

Not on those guys' level but Shelly is very good.

    He needs more TV exposure.

He has already been dropped in his second pro fight by a guy making his pro debut. Could mean nothing but it's hard to spin it as a good thing at this stage.

they are keeping him really active which is good, he has a lot of talent

    I'd say he's a A-
    whereas those 3 are A* or A

Not that good, but he has the potential to be a world champ. A bit of a Winky Wright style.

And the stoppage in this fight was very premature. :-(

...and for being 0-2 that Adams kid ain't half bad. His matchmaking has been a snipe hunt.

I saw him fight live in Jacksonville on FNF against an undefeated but Midwestern kid. He won every round but it was still competitive. He seems good but as of now, he's nowhere the level of GGG or Kovalev, but those are kinda unfair comparisons.

A bit, I can see it. He does get lots of mileage from that conveyor belt & peekaboo approach, with a strong and busy jab that always returns to base. He throws more body punches and takes more risks than Winky, however - which is both good and bad. (making him more entertaining than Winky but probably less effective as he steps up)

    :thumbsup

There is no reason for him to be held to such a standard.

For an Olympic bronze medalist I think he'll do quite well. (think Deontay Wilder, Yordenis Ugas, Paolo Vidoz, Luan Krasniqi, Andre Dirrell, Terrance Cauthen and Vitali Tajbert for examples of those he could easily out-accomplish - though a few bronze wearers like Jermain Taylor, Antonio Tarver, and most notably Floyd Mayweather Jr. have been extremely successful)

Hell no. As an amateur he fought like Kotelnyk and as a pro he's been doing a poor mans Jirov impression. More aggression and the attempt to be crowd pleasing is okay but he has no defense when doing it so he'll need to find a balance first. He has the potential to be world level and maybe get a belt at some point but i would be suprised if he was ever viewed as #1 in his division.

he's much better than Kotelnik mate, he was a bit boring to watch in the amateurs but he's been the opposite in the pros he's changed his style
he was number 1 in his division in the amateurs and was the top seed at the olympics so it wouldnt surprise me if he becomes number 1 at Light middle
