    yes he is, McCullen last fight at 154 was in 1987 against donald the cobra curry after that he fought at middle weight .

    terry norris's rain at 154 started in 1989 until he was blasted out julian jackson in fight he was winning he was considered one of the best at 154.

    Very good boxer he was.

    Terry Norris lost his title for landing an illegal punch behind the head, however, Peter lands the same punch in all his fights and gets away with it. Peter is counting on Don King and Jose "The Bandit" Sulaiaman cheating for him, yes, WBC cheated Oleg out of his fair share of the purse, venue, judges, ref, etc.

    He was an ATG at 154. He was capable of giving anyone a tough fight. It wasn't so much that his chin was bad, it was that his recuperative powers were bad too. One he was hurt, he was pretty much done.
