Is the AJ-Povetkin fight good evidence of a Prime AJ-Prime Tyson fight?

Povetkin gave AJ plenty of tough moments on the inside in the first couple of rounds and AJ decided to be careful and let him shoot his load.

Prime tyson would have ko AJ within 2 rounds... the amount of punches that Povetkin landed flush.

But AJ would have never have fought a prime Tyson so it is irrelevant. Hearn and AJ would have happily ko a 40 year old Mike.

One must remember than prime Tyson was WAY quicker than 39 y.o. Povetkin (or younger Povetkin too) or any current HW, that's a fact.
Another thing, very few fighters went to the body as ferosiously as young Mike. From a technical standpoint, the fight vs Tyson would be very tough for AJ, even despite so many size advantages on his side.

Povetkin may very well be the closest to Tyson that AJ will ever face. And after this fight there can be little doubt that Tyson would be a tough fight for Joshua.

Povetkin has four inches in reach and height on Tyson, though, so it would be a good deal harder for Mike to reach AJ. Tyson was of course faster than Povetkin on the other hand and also punched a bit harder, I'd say.
