I feel sometimes that it is.

What would your requirements be to enter if given the opportunity to make them?

Who of todays fighters would enter and who would not?

Yes, the standards are too low, in general.

Oscar, Mayweather, Tito, Roy, Hopkins, Toney, Barrera, Morales, Pacquiao, Holyfield are all locks, first-ballot enshrinees.

Calzaghe, the Marquez brothers, Winky....all are more than likely to make it.

The standards aren't exceptionally high...you don't have to be a consensus ATG to get it.

Boxers take years of punches to the dome for our entertainment purposes.

The least we can do is let them have their own hall for it, and the standards dont need to be that high.

Damn, give them something easy for a change.

way to easy.....they should cut back the acceptances to every few years instead of every year.

I think it is because it is easier to have a few obviously undeserving boxers in there, than leave out some fighters that in a sport as subjective as boxing could be argued for.
