Is the Braddock Louis knockdown a punch to the chest? (60FPS HD)

The blow appears to land in the chin area but the clip itself isn't completely conclusive.

I scored the fight and gave Braddock 2 rounds. He gassed badly, partly from Louis' attack, partly from not fighting in two years, but you really can't call Braddock a loser!

He was a journeyman type who went on a hot streak and caught a very apathetic Baer to win the title. He also got 10% of all Louis's purses as a clause for giving him a title shot, which was a gift that kept on giving for years.

Braddock would have likely lost his next title match.

Most champions from Liston to present would have beaten Braddock easier and sooner.

 

I think the trajectory of the punch grazed his chin before ending on his chest.

If you were honest ,you would have entitled your thread something to the effect of. " Can we say for certain from the footage that the punch that puts Louis down lands on his chin?" As per usual though, you are doing ,what in a court of law would be termed "leading the witness". It's fine by me because
