    They also said that the fight has been off from this morning but that offers were coming in. Was Never the amount it was the unfair

    Also proves Broners lack of respect even put out on facebook the fight is still on!
    he expected everyone to bend down on their knees if they made it rain but sometimes principle cannot be bought with money, would of like to see the fight go on but a good slap on broners face for the future.

    Escobedo know's he can avoid the fight and sue Broner and fight an easy oppenant for the vancant WBO belt in Sept against an easier oppenant and become world champion.

    You can't get punitive damages in contracts cases. It's cheaper to fight than it is to litigate.

    dont know much about law but that seems wrong to me. surely he'd be able to sue broner for damages

    Yes, but not punitive damages. He will never be able to get more than what he was contracted to get. And then he has to pay his lawyer. Unless the contract states he can win legal fees he cannot sue for legal fees either.

    Broner does what a lot of american do, drains himself to fight smaller opposition for an advantage. cant wait for him to step up to welterweight and have his ass handed to him
