Don't think that's possible at all.
Of course they could do that, it's not written in blood, but we don't know what fees are involved there. It could cost them dearely. The reverse is most likely true also.

They have been doing it for years. Hbo and showtime have both often voided contracts after a fighter loses fights the way that bute did.
