Is the KD in round 12 making Chavez Jr. demand for the rematch?

That's bull****! Martinez was careless in that round and he's not gonna do that again.

Just look at the score cards and forget about the rematch, OK?

Martinez beats Chavez jr. 10 out of 10.

    Chavez deserves a rematch.

It was a good fight and Martinez agreed so whats the prob?

Chavez jr. might not be allowed to fight Martinez again because his eyes turn red and he laughs all the time.

No... It just proves Martinez had a bad hand, and a bad knee....

Martinez is Both Chavez Sr. And Jr's Uncle now. I know it's terrible but it is what it is.

How did he spend the last three minutes on ***** street? he didnt knock him down till late in the round and even after Martinez got up he went toe to toe with Chavez and he Chavez couldnt finish him off, Sorry to tell you bro but I see the rematch being more one sided then the first fight

A rematch would be a waste. Chavez needs to earn a rematch. He's done nothing but fight cab drivers his whole career (outside of lee) and then he lands a couple of punches on a tired 37 year old man, after getting absolutely dominated for 11 rounds, and thinks he's earned a rematch?

Chavez is a ****ing punk who talked poorly of Sergio after the fight. **** that little ****. I hope he fights Pavlik and gets ****ing stopped.

I have to admit, he now has the "I can walk him down" angle.
Wich of course isn't entirely valid, but enough to waŕrent (can't even use that word) a rematch in the future.

Junior will be dominated again of course, and if he tries to go for broke earlier on he might end up drooling on the floor himself.

Chavez had roughly the same success as Mosley did against Mayweather, apart from Martinez went down. If Chavez had knocked down Martinez early, then Martinez came back and dominated the rest of the bout the way he did the first 11 in the actual bout, no rematch would be discussed the way it is. The fact it happened in the 12th is the reason for this.

This was just after his loss to Garcia. He was roaming the streets with no direction, he still wasn't convinced that his punch resistance was not good. He tested it against the child in the picture. What he didn't expect was for the child to hurt him. :conf:-(

Sometimes, when a puncher has figured out how you move he can time you again in the rematch but earlier. I suspect this is not the case here. Either way Martinez won clearly enough that, for me, he can call it as he sees it. If he wants what I suspect will be an easy money rematch, the reasoning is there, if he prefers to move on he did his business already.

martinez will close the show this time. chavez is lumberous and slow. I am not in faovr of the rematch as chavez will once again weigh 180+lbs. also, given sergios age he has bigger fish to fry, such as pbf...
