Is the lightheavyweight division the only lower div lacking a bit?

By lower weight divisions, i mean anything under heavyweight.

Things have gotten a bit better recently, but if you look at the last ten years:
We have an astounishing set of fighters at superfeatherweight, lightweight, welterweight, super middleweight and anything in between. I think this is a great era in boxing. But the lightheavyweight division seems to be a bit weaker? If you look at Roy Jones' opponents of the last ten years, some of them were the best out there (except for Tiger Michalchewski who he unfortunately didn't fight) but none of them were really big names/fighters.

    Opinions?

light heavy has been weak for a long time actually. What makes it weak though is that the best dont fight each other.
