i think the way its been promoter we will see alll the fights id say 5 live

and i dont think the buy numbers will be great but it will make a profit and on normal sky it wouldnt , this card could be spread over 5 FFN'S last year so 5 nights of boxing in one

The card is apparently going to start at 6pm on PPV, so should be enough time to fit all of the fights in live :good

    That suggests otherwise.

Obviously when I say Macklin - Barker alone, I mean this being the big fight of the night plus some undercard fights too. I guess a better way of saying it is that I would deem it ppv worthy if any one of the other fights were off but this one. This fight was the only one that had a big fight feel about it.

Not asking you to lie just asking why you would think that. Macklin-Barker was for the EBU and British titles and Barker has never really beaten anybody of note. Cleverly-Murat is for the EBU and is an eliminator, both hold good wins, I dont see how that is an average fight.

But from what you suggested, you would buy this if it was on a PPV alone? :huh.

Because this fight being off convinced you that it's not a PPV worthy card anymore so obviously you have the feel that you'd buy that fight alone for 15 quid over the Mag 7 card, which fair enough is your opinion on what you like but I'd take Mag 7 over Mack-Barker for £15 any day.

We've still got 5 quality 50-50 fights on there.

Each to there own, I'm not a fan of Cleverly so obviously would not pay to see a card with this as the headline fight. The most exciting fight on that card was Macklin V Barker, all the rest are just ok imo.

Fair enough, but I still think it's a very good card.

So you would have bought the Khan - Salita card if Khan pulled out and Mitchell - Prescott was bumped up as the headline fight? You seem insulted somehow that I don't think this is worth paying for, what about the people who never thought it was in the first place :yikes

If that's the case I'll still buy it (only just mind, and I'd still be fuming)

Yes I would, because one, I'm a fan of Amir Khan (That's obvious) and two, it has all the Olympians and I'm willing to fork up £15 for some Boxing.

Look at Marquez-Diaz.. People fork up $50 for that ****. I don't know about you but I think us Brits love our Boxing more and £15 should be nothing for Mag 7. I'd pay £20 for it (Serious).

The people who thought it wasn't... well that's their choice. A bit stingy IMO because £15 really is nothing for some quality Boxing but hey, that's cool. I'll stick to paying my £15 and support Boxing every step of the way.

In this day and age, where every meaningful fight is PPV, I have no probs paying £15 for 6/7 good fights.
