is the malta boxing commission and 'biba' bad for british boxing?

    on a personal note it is a shambles. run by clueless idiots trying to make a quick buck out of boxing. most have never had any real experience and all have conflicting interests. also they license absolute shocking ex white collar fighters that shouldnt be near a pro ring

    I've never been to one of their shows so can't really judge, i've noticed alot of their shows feature somewhat 'has beens' fighting for minor 'world' titles. I'm not sure that their necessarily bad for boxing as they seem to provide opportunities to small hall fighters

    i've been to one in leeds that had white collar fighters on the undercard. it was a shambles. those governing bodies are not better as they make up nonsence title like the wbu north europe, wbf uk title in order to get a few quid for themselves from sanctioning fees. a shambles

    I don't like the fact their licencing fighters who have failed bbboc medicals.

    nick quigley failed 3 brain scans and they licensed him. dangerous
